You tell us the product, the approximate quantity and the deadline. We reply the same working day.

Fit check
We honestly assess whether the request suits our workshop. If not, we say so directly and point you in the right direction.

Technical briefing
We understand the product precisely: style, materials, quantities, sizes, deadline and quality expectations.

Step 04
Written offer
Price, lead time, payment terms and what is or isn’t included — everything in writing.

Step 05
Approved sample
We make the sample (through the development package, for new products) and you confirm it in writing.

Step 06
Contract & deposit
The order enters production planning once the deposit is received — the rule that protects both sides.

Step 07
Production
Execution true to the approved sample, with quality checks along the way.

Step 08
Delivery
Final inspection, careful packing and hand-over on the promised date.

Order review
Two weeks after delivery: are you happy? What can we improve on the next order?

The next order
We plan ahead: uniform top-ups, the next collection or restocking the product that sells well.
